Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

Domestic orders: if your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office. Stickers are not tracked unless tracked shipping is purchased within the same order.  

Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. 

If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Floating In Place is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.

NOTE: if you chose "Free shipping - no tracking" on your order, you are accepting the risk associated with untracked mail. We are not responsible for any lost orders placed with untracked shipping. By purchasing you are agreeing to accept this policy.
