Shipping

When will my order ship? Orders will be shipped anywhere from 3-5 business days after being received. 

How long does it take to receive my order? Please allow up to four weeks from ship date for your order to arrive via USPS. Most arrive within a week but sometimes USPS has delays. If you purchased tracking and have any questions feel free to reach out!

Your order will be shipped via USPS in an envelope without tracking. There is an option to add tracking if you would like! Orders above $50 will have tracking included for FREE.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not offer return or exchanges. Please contact me if your order is lost or incorrect and I will be happy to assist and fix any problems I can!

I put in the wrong address, can you ship it again?

It is the customers responsibility to provide their correct address. Unfortunately as a small business owner I am unable to send multiple orders if you put in the wrong address. Please make sure your address is correct!! If you have an apt # please make sure to include it! Thank you!

Do you offer international shipping?

I do not offer international shipping on my website, but I do on my Etsy!! Head over to www.floatinginplace.etsy.com! Thank you! If there is a listing on here that is not available on my Etsy feel free to reach out to me and I may be able to add it over there.
